Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the black beans and corn, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and add the soy sauce, chili paste, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
