Wash the cucumber and peel it, leaving some skin for design.

Cut the cucumber into thick rounds, making sure they are evenly sized.

Rest the cucumber rounds on a cutting board so they can stand.

Use a melon baller to scoop out the insides of each cucumber round.

Set aside the insides of the cucumber for use in a salad or to eat raw.

Prepare the tuna filling by mixing the tuna, chopped onion, chopped sweet pepper, black pepper, lime juice, and mayonnaise until well combined.

Fill each cucumber cup with the tuna filling.

Drizzle sweet chili sauce on top of each filled cucumber cup.

Taste the cucumber cups and enjoy.
