1

Bring broth to a boil.

2

Smash ginger, add ginger and garlic to pot. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

3

Add 1 1/2 cup Napa cabbage and mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes or until Napa cabbage is tender.

4

Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.

5

Mix 1 cup Napa cabbage, pork, green onion, egg, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.

6

Let sit for around 20 minutes.

7

Flour your work station so the wonton wrappers don't stick to the surface. Prepare a small bowl of water to seal the wonton wrappers and a small spoon to scoop out the filling.

8

Place wonton wrapper in hand, add a small scoop of filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper into a triangle, then wet the long edges of the triangle and press them together to seal. Fold the short side in the opposite direction of the other fold.

9

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add wontons, cover, and once it starts boiling again, add some cold water to stop boiling. Let it come to a boil again. Repeat until the wontons are floating in the water.
