Marinate the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, all spice powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cloves powder, green cardamom powder, chilli flakes, paprika powder, turmeric powder, salt, rice vinegar, lemon juice, fresh garlic paste, olive oil, and cooking oil. Allow to sit for a while.

Cook the marinated chicken in a pan until fully cooked and juicy.

In a separate pot, combine rice, water, unsalted butter, salt, chicken bouillon cube, cumin powder, dry oregano leaves, and yellow color or turmeric powder. Cook until the rice is fluffy and all water is absorbed.

Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise, paprika powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, and fresh garlic paste together until smooth.
