Cube the chicken thighs into pieces.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, juice of 1 lemon, 5 cloves of garlic (pressed), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt to create the marinade.

Mix the marinade thoroughly with gloved hands.

Cover the bowl with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours (or overnight for better flavor).

Prepare the garlic sauce by combining 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and 3 tablespoons milk in a bowl.

Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lime and add pressed garlic to the sauce mixture.
