Egg - 2 pieces
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Chopped ginger & garlic - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 medium size(sliced)
Tomato - 1 medium size(sliced)
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Sliced carrot - 1/2 cup
Sliced radish - 1/2 cup
Chopped spring onions & coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Bok choy - 200g
Water - 2 ltrs
Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tsp

Prepare the thenthuk dough by mixing whole wheat flour, eggs, and water; knead until smooth.

Roll out the dough and cut it into strips to form hand-pulled noodles.

Heat oil in a large pot and sauté chopped ginger, garlic, and sliced onion until fragrant.

Add sliced tomato, salt, and black pepper; cook until the tomato softens.

Stir in green peas, sliced carrot, sliced radish, and bok choy; cook for a few minutes.

Pour in 2 liters of water and bring to a boil.

Add the prepared hand-pulled noodles to the boiling soup.

Stir in dark soy sauce and sesame oil; simmer for a few minutes to combine flavors.
