Weigh 100 grams of Green Tea Leaves and place in an empty pot.

Pour hot water over the tea leaves in the pot and cover the pot; do not stir and do not open the lid while brewing.

Let tea leaves soak for seven (7) minutes - this process is known as Tea Steeping.

When steeping is completed after 7 minutes, use a tea strainer to transfer the tea to the tea barrel.
