1/2 cup sugar for custard

1 cup brewed Thai green tea
1 package coconut cream powder (about 1/2 cup)

In a cup, mix the agar agar powder with water, stir well, and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Transfer to a saucepot and cook on medium heat until comes to a full boil, stirring constantly. Then add sugar, and bring to a full boil while stirring constantly.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, and brewed green tea together until well combined.

Slowly pour the agar syrup into the egg-green tea mixture while stirring. The hot syrup will cook the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a square pan 9" x 9" or any other shape pan you prefer. Let cool until set.

Meanwhile, mix the coconut powder and water together. Add salt, agar powder and bring it to a full boil, stirring constantly.

Add sugar and bring it to a full boil again while stirring constantly. Then pour the hot mixture carefully over the green tea custard layer that is already set.

Get rid of bubbles using a skewer or spoon them out. Let cool completely.

Keep it in the fridge until ready to serve. Cut into squares as desired.
