Prepare matzah meal, baking soda, and baking powder for recipes.
Start making the soup called matsos Shak using chicken bones and dark meat chicken.
Wash and chop vegetables including zucchini, celery, potatoes, and onions.
Sauté dark meat chicken in half a cup of avocado oil.
Add chicken bones to the pot and sauté.
Add chopped vegetables to the pot and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and coriander.
Cook the soup for 2-4 hours to develop the broth, skimming off residue.
Add potatoes to the soup after it has simmered for 2-3 hours and cook for an additional hour.
Remove chicken carcasses and any leftover bits from the soup.
Scramble 7-10 eggs and slowly add them to the soup without stirring to preserve their shape.
Serve the soup with cilantro or dill.
Prepare a roast with barbecue sauce and sautéed onions, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Add half a cup of water and cover with foil before baking at 350°F for 2 hours.
