First add 300 milliliters of fresh cream to your kitchen machine. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Next heat 100 milliliters of fresh cream over medium low heat.

To make the caramel add 100 grams of granulated sugar and 45 milliliters of water to your frying pan.

Then add 250 grams of mascarpone, 250 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese, 50 grams of brown caster sugar, 50 grams of granulated sugar and 6 milliliters of vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Mix everything together.

Next add the whipped cream and 8 grams of whipped cream stiffener to the mixing bowl. Mix everything together.

When the sugar in the frying pan is discoloring, stir everything well until you get a coppery color.

Add the heated fresh cream and 20 grams of unsalted butter. Mix everything together.

Unpack a package with 2 stroopwafels and cut them in small pieces.

Get a glass and add first a layer of stroopwafels.
