500 g self raising flour (or all purpose flour with 2 tsp baking powder)
1 tsp baking powder
2 vanillin capsules
400 g coconut or almond milk
200 g seed oil
300 g sugar
200 g dark chocolate couverture
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
400 g dark chocolate couverture (for coating)
50 g seed oil (for coating)
200 g coconut milk (for coating)

Preheat the oven and prepare the baking pan.

In a bowl, mix the self raising flour, baking powder, and vanillin capsules.

In another bowl, combine the coconut or almond milk, seed oil, sugar, and vinegar.

Melt the dark chocolate couverture and add it to the wet ingredients.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Add the baking soda and mix well.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake until done.

For the chocolate coating, melt the dark chocolate couverture with seed oil and coconut milk.

Once the cake is cooled, coat it with the chocolate mixture and decorate as desired.
