Vegan Chocolate Cake

1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp cocoa powder (for frosting)
1/3 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
3/4 cup peanut butter (for frosting)

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add the vanilla extract, vinegar, cooking oil, and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a 20cm baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

For the frosting, mix together the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.

Once the cake is cooled, spread the frosting on top.
