14 ounces silken tofu
7 ounces dairy-free dark chocolate

Add 1 cup of almonds to a food processor.

Add 5 ounces of dairy-free dark chocolate to the food processor.

Blend until it becomes a velvety rich chocolate almond ganache.

Pour the ganache into a small parchment paper lined cake tin.

Move the ganache out with a spoon and put it in the fridge until solid enough for the next layer.

Add 14 ounces of silken tofu to a blender.

Add 7 ounces of dairy-free dark chocolate to the blender.

Blend until achieving a vibrant and creamy chocolate mousse.

Pour the mousse on top of the first layer and create a flat surface with a spoon.

Put the cake in the fridge until easy to cut, preferably overnight.

Remove the cake from the fridge, take it out of the cake tin, and pull off the parchment paper.

Decorate the cake with grated chocolate if desired.
