Beef Rezala

yogurt 6tbsp

salt to taste
ginger paste 1tbsp
garlic 2tbsp
cinnamon 2 stick
cardamom 5pcs
bay leaf 1
cloves 8pcs
Green chilli paste 1tsp
rezala masala 16g
plum 1pc (aloo bukhara)
hot water 2cups

Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions, cooking until golden brown.

Add ginger paste and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.

Stir in the beef and cook until browned.

Add yogurt, salt, and all the spices (cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, green chilli paste, and rezala masala).

Mix well and add hot water, bringing to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until the beef is tender.

Add the plum towards the end of cooking and stir gently.
