1/2 tsp white cumin seed
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
4 green cardamoms
8-10 black pepper
4-5 cloves
1 onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
500 g beef (bade ka gosht)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
100 g yogurt
1 medium fried onion
4-5 cashew nuts
1 cup hot milk
3 dried plums
some raisins (kishmish)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp mace + nutmeg powder
2 green chilies
1 tsp kewra water

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.

Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.

Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt, stirring well.

Add the yogurt and green chilies, mixing until the beef is well coated.

Cover and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.

Stir in the cashew paste and garam masala, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.

Adjust seasoning if necessary and remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
