Oil - 1/2 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Green chillies - 4 to 5
Bay leaf - 2
Cardamom - 4 to 5
Cinnamon stick - 2
Black pepper - 5 or 6 pieces
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Fried onion - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 10 pieces
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Black cardamom - 1
Nutmeg (Jayfol) - 1/4 part
Mace (Jayotri) - 1 pcs
Kewra water - 2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp

Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, and black pepper.

Add ginger paste and garlic paste, sauté until fragrant.

Add the beef and cook until browned.

Stir in coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt, mixing well.

Add yogurt, fried onion, cashew nuts, raisins, and milk, and stir to combine.

Add green chillies and black cardamom, then cover and cook until the beef is tender.

Finish with garam masala powder, nutmeg, mace, and kewra water, and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
