How to make Tempeh taste good?

Cut white onion into pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.

Add 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 cup broccoli, and 1 cup sliced mushroom to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp red chili pepper powder, and salt to taste.

Fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.

Mix 1 tbsp corn starch with 1 tbsp water until uniform.

Coat 1 tempeh slice with the nut mixture made from grinding 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/4 cup almonds.

Let the tempeh cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until light brown.

In another pan, heat 1-1/2 tbsp cooking oil.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 tbsp grated garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes until the onion is caramelized.

Add 1 finely chopped tomato and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1-1/2 tbsp mixed herbs, 1 tbsp oregano, and salt to taste.

Add the remaining walnut and almond mixture, 1 tbsp tomato paste, and 1 cup coconut milk.

Let it cook for a few minutes until the gravy is ready.

Serve with 1 cup cooked red rice.
