Instructions

- 8Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mousse mixture, packing it tightly.
- 9Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce around them.
- 10Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- 11Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the tops are golden.
- 12Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
