In a separate saucepan, add 4 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of citric acid, along with 3 teaspoons of Maggi powder; mix and bring to a boil.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Scoop the cooked ground beef mixture into each artichoke, adding extra meat on top.
Place the stuffed artichokes in a Pyrex dish, covering them with the remaining broth mixture as much as possible.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
