1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
2 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
