Slice the bagels into 1/8" thick rounds (or as thin as you can).

Use a sharp serrated knife for nice thin slices.

You can use stale bagels instead of freshly baked ones.

From 1 bagel, you can make about 26 round pieces.

In a bowl, mix together 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.

Add 60g melted butter, 50g grated parmesan cheese, and 2 tbsp fresh parsley to the bowl.

Toss the bagel chips around to coat them in the seasonings.

If desired, replace the melted butter with olive oil.

Air fry at 180℃ (350℉) for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Alternatively, bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until nicely toasted.

Allow the chips to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying them.

You can dip them in sauce or add them to soups and salads.

For a different flavor, use 1 bagel, 1 tbsp olive oil, 25g parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.

Toss the bagel chips with the new seasoning and air fry or bake as before.

You could also make a sweet version by coating them with cinnamon sugar.
