2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cups Chicken Broth
½ cup Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1 pound Raw Shrimp (deveined and with tail-on)
2 Eggs, beaten

1 cup Panko
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
