🥗Healthier: frozen yogurt

💰Cheaper: milk + cornstarch

Frozen yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

1

Add 2 tablespoons of custard powder to a bowl.

2

Pour in 1/8 cup of milk and mix until there are no lumps.

3

Set the custard milk aside.

4

In a pot, add 500 ml (about 2 cups) of milk and begin boiling it.

5

Add less than half a cup of sugar to the boiling milk and stir at intervals to prevent cream from forming.

6

Once the milk boils, reduce the flame to low and add the prepared custard milk.

7

Stir the mixture until the milk thickens, then turn off the flame.

8

Allow the thickened milk to cool to room temperature, then store it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

9

After chilling, take 7 to 8 strawberries (about 1 cup) and add them to a blender.

10

Blend the strawberries into a fine puree.

11

Add the chilled custard milk and 8 to 10 ice cubes to the blender and blend again until mixed.

12

Pour the mixture into a large bowl.

13

Add 1/2 grated apple and 1/4 cup chopped green grapes to the bowl and mix well.

14

Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of soaked sabja seeds and mix everything together.

15

Serve in your favorite glass, garnished with extra sabja seeds and a few cashew pieces.
