Bake the salmon in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before removing the skin.
In a bowl, combine half a can of coconut milk with the juice of 3 limes, minced garlic, olive oil, kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Peel and cube the sweet potato, then boil it in water for about 20 minutes until tender.
Strain the sweet potatoes and mash them with a tablespoon of coconut milk and kosher salt.
