Put water in a pot and bring it to boil
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry beef until golden
Transfer beef to boiling water
In the same pan, fry onions until translucent, then add to the pot
Add bay leaves and cover the pot
Cook for 1.5 hours
Blend fresh coriander, garlic cloves, half of a green pepper, olive oil, and a bit of water in a food processor
Fry cut tomatoes in olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes
Add tomato paste and kamalei to the pan
Add the blended mix, ground coriander, ground paprika, and chopped fresh parsley to the pot
Remove beef from the pot and cut into bite-sized pieces
Add rice to the pot
Return cut beef to the pot and combine everything
Add a teaspoon of dried marold or saffron
Leave on slow for 20 minutes until rice is cooked
Serve with fresh parsley and bread
