Lemon Icebox Pie

3 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups lemon juice (bottled)
6 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 bags vanilla wafers

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Separate 6 large eggs, keeping the yolks and whites separate.

Add 3 cans of sweetened condensed milk to a mixing bowl.

Whisk in the egg yolks until combined.

Gradually add 1 cup of lemon juice, mixing until thickened.

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon extract and mix well.

Prepare a 9x13x2 inch pan by crumbling vanilla wafers to create the crust.

Press the crumbled vanilla wafers into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.

Pour half of the pie filling over the crust in the pan.
