Lemon Icebox Pie

8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
3/4 cup frozen concentrate lemonade
optional yellow food coloring
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 sleeve graham crackers crushed

Crush graham crackers using a rolling pin.

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with sugar and drizzle melted butter over it.

Mix the graham cracker mixture together.

Turn out the graham cracker filling into a pie plate.

Use the bottom of a measuring cup to flatten the mixture and form it into a crust, pressing it up the sides of the pie plate.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.

Let the pie crust cool while preparing the filling.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk using a hand mixer until smooth.

Add 3/4 cup of lemonade concentrate to the mixture.

Add 5 drops of optional yellow food coloring and mix.

Add 2 more drops of food coloring and mix again.

Fold in the thawed Cool Whip gently to avoid deflating it.

Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust.
