Gradually add 20 oz all purpose flour and 1 tsp salt, then stir.

Knead the dough by hand until soft and not sticky, adding flour if too sticky.

Cover the dough and leave for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the table with flour and divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

Make balls from the dough and cover them to prevent drying out.

Roll out each dough ball thinly, moving from the center to the edges.

Melt 3.5 oz butter and mix in 1/5 cup vegetable oil.

Brush the rolled-out dough with the butter-oil mixture.

Roll the dough into a tube and shape it into a shell.
