2 teaspoons yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon chilli flakes

Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and setting it aside for five minutes.

In a bowl, add flour and salt, and stir.

Add the activated yeast, olive oil, and warm milk to the flour mixture and stir.

Knead the dough by hand until it forms a ball.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 15 to 20 minutes.

Partition the risen dough into portions and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Roll each portion into a round shape, about half a centimeter thick.

Heat a pan on medium to high heat and cook the flatbreads, covering with a lid to help them rise.

After a couple of minutes, turn the flatbreads over and cook for one more minute.
