200ml warm water
300 grams of bread flour
1 tbsp flour
20mls cold water
1 egg yolk
40ml boiling water

Combine 200ml warm water, 1 tsp white sugar, and 5 gram packet of yeast. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.

Add 200ml warm water and 300 grams of bread flour to the yeast mixture.

Combine until smooth, then add 1 tbsp flour, 20mls cold water, and 1 egg yolk.

Mix until smooth, then add 40ml boiling water.
