3 Cups of All-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp. Salt
1/2 tbsp. Sugar (optional)
1 tbsp. Instant Yeast
1 tbsp. Cooking oil or olive oil
1/2 Cup of Luke warm water
1/2 Cup of Luke warm milk
Chili Flakes
Fresh Coriander

First of all mix the ingredients (instant yeast, oil, water, milk, salt, sugar, and all-purpose flour) in a bowl.

Knead it for 5 minutes properly.

Pour some drops of cooking oil, cover and set it for 1 hour at room temperature.

After one hour make its shape and some chapati.

Pre-heat the pan and cook them on both sides for 2 minutes.

Garnish with some chili flakes and some fresh coriander.
