10gr sugar
4gr yeast
2gr salt
180gr flour
15gr butter

Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.

Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and yogurt to the flour mixture.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface until smooth, about 8-10 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions.

Shape each portion into a round or oval loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the loaves with a cloth and let rise for another 30 minutes.
