Easy Turkish Bread without Oven | How to make Soft Turkish Bread

Add all purpose Flour in a mixing bowl

Add salt, sugar, instant yeast, lukewarm water and Lukewarm milk in the flour

Use Stand Mixer or hand to mix the flour dough

Drizzle cooking oil on the dough ball and wrap with Plastic sheet. Leave it in the kitchen or at warm place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour dough is ready. Remove air from dough and make round ball. Cut dough into 8 pieces. Make small balls to make bread

Roll-out dough ball with roller to make round shape

Turn on low flame heat under non stick frying pan. Slight cook turkish bread in a pan from one sides and flip over.

Once turkish bread is slightly cooked then set heat medium to high. Turkish bread will start puffing. Flip it over and cook other side of turkish flatbread

Apply melted butter with brush, Parsley and red chili flakes according to the taste

Delicious, soft, fluffy and an easy turkish bread without oven and without egg is ready
