500 grams flour
10 grams yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
150 ml warm milk
150 ml warm water
half cup olive oil
chilli flakes
kasuri methi

Take 500 grams of flour in a bowl.

Add 10 grams of yeast, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the flour and mix well.

Pour in 150 ml of warm milk and 150 ml of warm water into the mixture.

Mix everything well, adding more milk or water if needed.

Knead the dough well for about 10 minutes until soft.

Add half a cup of olive oil to the dough and knead again to incorporate.

Cover the dough with oil and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it rises.

After resting, gently fold the dough without over-kneading.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.

Flatten each ball with your hands and then roll it out with a rolling pin.

Place the rolled dough on a clean cloth and cover it for 10-15 minutes to rest.

Heat a pan on low flame and cook the bread, flipping occasionally and pressing gently.

Once cooked, place the bread on a plate and brush with melted butter.

Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top and optionally add kasuri methi or chopped coriander.
