10 grams dry yeast
4 tablespoons olive oil

Mix 2 kilograms of plain flour and 1.5 tablespoons of salt well and make a pool in the middle.

Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 10 grams of dry yeast into the pool.

Melt the sugar and yeast in the middle first.

Add 1.5 liters of warm water in a controlled manner.

Knead well with your hands for about ten minutes until the dough is sticky.

Close the lid and let the dough ferment for at least an hour.
