Combine 225 mL of warm water, 50 mL of warm milk, 20 g of sugar, and 6 g of instant dry yeast in a bowl and whisk until combined.

Sift 400 g of bread flour into a large mixing bowl.

Add 5 g of salt to the flour and whisk to combine.

Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and combine using a dough whisk or spatula.

Add 25 mL of olive oil and mix with hands until fully combined, the dough will be sticky.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 to 45 minutes.

Dust a working table with flour and transfer the dough onto it.

Cut the dough into six equal pieces using a dough cutter.

Roll each piece of dough gently into a roll and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Pour hot water into a baking tray to create steam.
