In a mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chopped pecans gently.
Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
