1 tsp (5g) Baking soda
A pinch of salt
2/3 cup (135g) Sugar
1 cup (240g) of Slightly warm water
1/3 cup (75g) Vegetable oil
2 tsp (10g) Vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp (5g) Vanilla (optional)
2/3 cup (90g) Powdered sugar
1 Tbsp (6g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
About 1 1/2 Tbsp of water

Combine 1 + 1/2 cup plain flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
