1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 cinnamon stick
2 cardamom pods
2 whole cloves
1 teaspoon fenugreek seed
2 pandan leaves
2 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons roasted curry powder
1 tablespoon roasted chili powder
