Cut pork meat into small pieces.

Season the pork meat with cumin, crushed garlic, and salt; mix very well and let it stand for a few hours.

Cook the meat with the 3 cups of water and without salt.

Cook potatoes with a teaspoon of salt.

Once the pork meat has cooked, put it into a skillet and add white onion, patania onion (cut into 4 pieces), and more garlic (chopped).

Pour the water into the skillet and cook until almost nothing remains of the water.

Once the water has evaporated, pour in the beer, stir, and test the salt.

Stir occasionally to prevent burning and cook the meat until all pieces are browned.

Serve the frittata with fried plantains, salad of onion and tomatoes, and cooked potatoes.
