2 pcs potato (cubed)
2 pcs carrots (sliced)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 bulb garlic (minced)
1 piece red onion (chopped)
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

Heat oil in cooking pot. Saute garlic and onion till softens.

Add chicken and cook for 1 minute.

Add potatos and carrots saute for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add water and simmer till carrots and potatos softens.

Add Tomato sauce and bell pepper, simmer for 2 minutes.
