2 medium tomatoes (150 gm)
1 green chili chopped; adjust as needed
5 cloves garlic chopped
½” ginger chopped
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup Water (approx 250ml)
Few sprigs Cilantro leaves chopped
½ tsp whole cumin seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp red chili powder
½ to ¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
