1 kg beef minced meat

black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
2 large onions
coriander leaves
2 eggs
breadcrumbs (optional)
oil for deep frying
tamarind sauce or lime for serving

Place 1 kg of beef minced meat in a large pot.

Sprinkle salt over the minced meat.

Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder (optional), 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of garam masala, some black pepper, and approximately 1 teaspoon of curry powder.

Add 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste and mix everything together.

Cook the minced meat on medium heat until halfway cooked.

Squeeze the juice of one lime (or two if the first is not juicy) into the pot.

Add two large onions cut into small pieces and some coriander leaves, then mix everything.

Continue to cook until the minced meat is nicely cooked and dry.

Remove the pot from heat and blend the minced meat for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute using a chopper.

Place the blended meat in a large bowl.

Add 2 eggs to the meat mixture and mix well.

If the mixture is not ready to shape, add breadcrumbs to help form the kebabs.

Shape the kebabs into your preferred shape.

Heat oil for deep frying until hot but not too hot to avoid burning.

Deep fry the kebabs, flipping them around with a spoon until they achieve a nice color.

Remove the kebabs from the oil and place them on a plate.
