Cut the ends off two long shallots, peel the skin, and put them into a plastic food bag.
Peel two garlic cloves and add them to the bag, then bash with a rolling pin.
Tip the mixture into a casserole dish and add three to four twists of black pepper.
Remove the core and seeds from a green pepper, tear it into small pieces, and add to the dish.
Chop up baby tomatoes in a jug and add them to the dish.
Add a pinch of black mustard seeds, a pinch of cumin seeds, medium curry powder, and ginger paste to the dish.
Peel six unripe bananas, chop them into chunks, and add them to the dish.
Squeeze half a fresh lemon over the bananas to stop them from going black.
Add water to coconut cream and mix it, then pour it into the dish and mix again.
Cover the dish with a lid and ask a grown-up to put it in the oven.
