Place the sesame seeds in a large frying pan or pot and cook until golden brown and crunchy (parched). Remove from heat.

Place sugar in a pot and melt completely on low heat, stirring constantly: do not burn.

Add sesame seeds and nutmeg, combine together.

Using a teaspoon, place mixture on hand greased with oil and roll to desired sizes and shapes. Please note that mixture is very hot and must be rolled hot.

Place on a plate or sheet to cool. Serve.
