3 large wheat tortillas
Oil to deep fry
1 1/2 cup chickpea curry
5-6 tbsp Yogurt
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 medium size finely chopped tomato
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
Sweet date and tamarind chutney, as required

Cut the tortillas into bite sized pieces.

Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pieces till crisp. Drain on absorbent napkin.

Arrange the tortilla pieces in a bowl or on a serving plate and put Chickpea curry.

Add Yogurt and garnish it with finely chopped onions, tomato and green chillies.

Drizzle a little tamarind chutney.

Add Chaat masala.

Serve immediately.
