In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, eggs and oil. Whisk in beer until a smooth batter. Cover with clean kitchen towel and let sit for 1 hour.

Peel and core the apples and cut them in 1 cm / ¼” slices. Dust the sliced apples with ground cinnamon.

Drag the apple slices through the batter and deep fry them till they are golden brown. Serve hot and sprinkle with icing sugar.
