1 Beef Stock Cube
2 Tomatoes
1 Large Onion
Crushed Garlic and Ginger
1 Small Green Bell Pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Beef Masala
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Beef Seasoning

Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onions, tomatoes, and green bell pepper.

In a pot, heat some cooking oil and sauté the chopped onions until they are translucent.

Add the crushed garlic and ginger to the pot and cook until fragrant.

Add the beef to the pot and brown it on all sides.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes, beef stock cube, turmeric, black pepper, beef masala, tomato paste, and beef seasoning.

Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes to combine the flavors.

Add water if necessary and cover the pot to simmer until the beef is tender.

Once the beef is cooked, mix the corn starch with a little water to create a slurry and add it to the pot to thicken the sauce.

Garnish with coriander before serving.
