2 litres water

1 chicken stock cube
140 grams sweetcorn
1 tablespoon corn flour

Boil 2 litres of water in a pot.

Add 300 grams of boneless chicken breast and cook until done.

Remove the chicken, shred it, and set aside.

In the same pot, add a knob of butter and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Sauté 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste until fragrant.

Add 140 grams of sweetcorn and stir for a few minutes.

Dissolve 1 chicken stock cube in the pot and bring to a boil.
