1 tablespoon chicken powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.

Add 300 grams of chicken and fry until the surface is slightly golden.

Add 1/2 onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, and 1-2 small pieces of carrot to the pan.

Pour in 2 liters of water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
